Cloud ASR pack: +25 hours / seat / month
Top up your monthly managed Cloud ASR allowance for the standard Nova-3 model. Stacks with included hours. Carryover does not apply; resets each billing cycle. Specialized-model usage bills separately at its overage rate. Enterprise rates are negotiated separately.

Specialized models (medical, legal, finance)
Vertical-tuned Deepgram models (Nova-3-medical, Nova-3-finance, etc.) for higher accuracy on domain vocabulary. Specialized usage bills at $1.20/hour from minute one. Hour packs (+25, +100) apply only to standard Nova-3 and do not subsidize specialized usage. Enterprise specialized pricing is negotiated based on volume and vertical.

Real-time streaming priority
Preferred-region routing and connection priority for sub-300ms first-token latency on managed Cloud ASR. Recommended for live meeting captioning.

Billing details
- Managed Cloud ASR runs on Deepgram Nova-3 by default. Billing rounds up to the nearest minute; overage is invoiced monthly alongside the subscription.
- Local Whisper transcription is always unlimited and never counts toward Cloud ASR hours. Use it offline and air-gapped at no cost.
- BYOK cloud ASR is a Community-tier feature. Bring your own Deepgram / OpenAI / Azure / Anthropic key, pay the vendor directly, and we charge nothing. Enterprise customers can negotiate BYOK as an option for compliance and data residency.
- Annual prepay saves 20% on Individual and Team. Switching between monthly and annual prorates the difference.
- On Team and Enterprise, managed Cloud ASR hours are pooled across all seats by default. A 5-seat Team account has 75 hours per month shared among the team. Admins can optionally turn on per-seat caps to prevent any single user from draining the pool. Enterprise pooling is negotiated as part of the commitment.
- Hour packs (+25, +100) apply to the standard Nova-3 model only. Specialized models (medical, legal, finance) always bill at their per-hour rate from minute one, regardless of any hour packs you carry.
- Self-serve checkout, Customer Portal cancellation, and overage invoicing run on Stripe + Stripe Tax. Coming soon.
